Situated in Southampton city centre and close to Ocean Village, this studio apartment is ideal for longer stays. Number 10 "Southampton city centre" is a fully furnished studio apartment with lounge area, kitchen/diner, double bed and bathroom. It accommodates a maximum of two people and we have two apartments available.

The lounge area is fully furnished with TV and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/dryer. There is a dining table that seats two people. The bedroom area has a double bed with professionally laundered sheets, TV, alarm clock and hair dryer. The bathroom has a bath and shower with complimentary toiletries and towels. The apartment is on the ground floor of a block with a secure video entry phone and communal garden. There is no parking available but there is street parking (payable) and car parks close by.

Number 10 "city centre" is perfectly situated for exploring Southampton city centre and is ideal for a long term stay.  Close to the old town, Ocean Village and Oxford Street, it's ideal for those visiting the University, cruise ports, theatre, airport and sailing schools. We have a minimum 3 night stay and are strictly non smoking. Prices start from £85 per night and weekly rates are also available. No pets or children permitted. Check in is from 1 p.m. until 9 p.m.
