"Number 10 – Danes" is a fully furnished one bedroom apartment situated close to Southampton Central train station. It comfortably sleeps two people and has a large lounge, kitchen/diner, double bedroom and bathroom. It offers off street parking and free Wi-Fi.  There are two apartments of this type, one on the first floor and one on the ground floor (with private entrance).

The large lounge is fully furnished with TV and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/dryer. There is a dining table that seats two people. The double bedroom is beautifully decorated and has professionally laundered sheets, alarm clock, tissues and a hair dryer. The newly refurbished bathroom has a bath and shower and towels and toiletries are provided. One apartment is on the first floor of the block with a secure entry phone. The second apartment is on the ground floor and features it's own entrance.  There is ample parking to the front and rear of the property.

“Number 10 – Danes” is perfectly located for exploring Southampton city centre and has visitors from the University, theatre, hospitals, airport and sailing schools. We have a minimum 3 night stay. Prices start from £85 per night and weekly rates are also available.  No pets or children allowed and we are strictly non-smoking. Check in is from 1 p.m. until 9 p.m.
