Number 10 is a self catering house situated close to Southampton Central train station. It sleeps up to 12 people and can be rented as individual rooms or as a house. The house consists of 6 large, guest bedrooms which are fully furnished. The communal facilities include a lounge, large fully fitted kitchen, laundry room and garden.  There is also ample parking on site and free Wi-Fi.

The house is a large, Victorian detached house consisting of 6 guest bedrooms. Four of the rooms are en suite and the other two bedrooms share two bathrooms. Three of the rooms are on the ground floor and three are on the first floor. The bedrooms all have double beds and are fully furnished with professionally laundered linen, television with integrated DVD player, hairdryer, alarm clock, tissues and tea making facilities. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the house. Toiletries and towels are provided in the bathrooms and some bathrooms have a bath and separate shower.




The communal areas consist of a comfortable lounge with sofa, television and DVD player.  The large kitchen is fully equipped with two ovens and hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettles, dishwasher, crockery and utensils. Each guest room has a lockable cupboard for food storage. Everything is provided that you need to either cook a full meal or make a quick snack. There is also a dining table and chairs.

The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board and airers to dry your clothes. Outside, there is ample off street parking and a large garden. Garden furniture, a barbecue and a washing line are available during the summer months.

All rooms and communal areas are serviced daily and we operate a strict no smoking policy. Check in is from 1 p.m. until 9 p.m.
